Question 1: Can you pay your invoices online?
Yes, by clicking your name at the top of the page and clicking Orders and Invoices then navigate to the invoice tab. From here you will be able to pay open invoices by ACH(The bank icon) or by credit card (The credit card icon).
Question 2: Can I view the status of my orders?
Yes, by clicking your name at the top of the page and clicking Orders and Invoices then navigate to the orders tab. By clicking the 3 dots next to an order in process or partial/complete you can see the status of each item on the order as well as an ETA.
Question 3: What are Kroll's hours of operation?
8 A.M. EST - 5 P.M. EST
